The blog post explains the role of gatekeepers, spirit guides assigned to protect individuals from unwanted energies. Everyone has at least one gatekeeper, with intuitive practitioners often attracting additional ones. Gatekeepers act as "bouncers," guarding the boundary around a person's energetic space and ensuring only desired interactions occur.

  2. Expanding the container to fit others if needed, such as clients or groups.
  3. Adding a door for inviting high-vibrational beings (e.g., angels or guides) while keeping out unwanted energies. The door should feel secure, like a steel or vault door.
The process involves focusing thoughts and positive feelings for about 45 seconds to create the energetic workspace. With practice, creating secure and functional energetic workspaces becomes faster and more effective, ensuring safe and impactful energy work sessions.
